Terms and conditions for the website, electronic tickets and event admission

The purchase, possession or use of a ticket, as well as entering and remaining at the Event, implies that these Terms have been read and accepted. No provision limits non-waivable rights recognized by Mexican law or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
1. Identification of the Organizer and official channels
The Organizer is MASAM PRODUCTION, S.A. DE C.V., RFC tax ID MPR2503141K1, with its address at H LOBO 520 | E L13 MORONES PRIETO Y SW2B, DEL VALLE, C.P. 66220, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. For the purposes of these Terms, references to the Organizer, MASAM, we or our refer to that company.
The customer service channels are contact@masam.live and the official channels announced by MASAM. For table sales and assistance: Instagram @masam.music and phone +52 81 1635 2034. Tickets will be sold only through the platform, links, outlets or partners that the Organizer expressly identifies as authorized.
2. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern the use of the website and the ticketing platform; the purchase, issuance, delivery and use of electronic tickets; the conditions for entering and remaining on site; the rights and obligations of buyers and attendees; and the procedures that apply to validation, security, changes, rescheduling, cancellation, customer service and refunds.
The Buyer is the person who makes the transaction. The Attendee is the person who uses the ticket. The Ticket is the electronic voucher with a unique identifier that grants access according to its category and conditions. When the Buyer and the Attendee are different people, each must comply with the obligations that apply to them.
3. Key Event information and legal age
The Event will take place on October 10, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., at Capellanía 214, Zona Los Callejones, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, C.P. 66228, unless a change is announced through the official channels.
The Event is exclusively for people aged 18 and over. A valid official ID must be shown to enter and to buy alcoholic beverages when requested. Failure to present valid ID may prevent entry, without liability for the Organizer, when it is needed to verify age.
4. Electronic acceptance and purchase confirmation
A transaction will be considered confirmed once the Buyer has reviewed their order, accepted these Terms and the privacy notice, obtained payment authorization and received the confirmation or electronic ticket issued by the authorized platform.
Items left in a cart, preliminary references, pre-authorizations, pending charges or automated messages do not, by themselves, constitute a confirmed purchase. Data messages, reference numbers, emails, timestamps and platform records may evidence the stages of the transaction, without preventing the user from presenting evidence to the contrary.
5. Categories, areas, Backstage and tables
Each ticket grants access only to the category and areas indicated. The Event will use different wristbands for Dance Floor General, VIP Dance Floor, VIP Mesas, Backstage Dance Floor and Backstage Mesas. Staff may check tickets, wristbands, stamps or credentials at every checkpoint and whenever someone tries to move to another area.
The Dance Floor General ticket grants access to the General area. The VIP Dance Floor ticket and wristband grant access to the VIP Dance Floor area, but do not allow entry to the VIP Mesas area. Access to VIP Mesas requires a different, specific wristband.
The VIP Mesas wristband will be given only to the people included in a purchased VIP table, and grants access to the VIP Dance Floor area and to the corresponding VIP Mesas area. The VIP Dance Floor wristband does not replace and is not equivalent to the VIP Mesas wristband.
The Backstage Dance Floor ticket and wristband grant access to the Dance Floor Backstage, but do not allow entry to the Backstage Mesas area. Access to Backstage Mesas requires a different, specific wristband.
The Backstage Mesas wristband will be given only to the people included in a purchased Backstage table, and grants access to the Dance Floor Backstage and to the corresponding Backstage Mesas area. The Backstage Dance Floor wristband does not replace and is not equivalent to the Backstage Mesas wristband.
The VIP Mesas and Backstage Mesas wristbands are independent of each other and do not allow entry to the table area of the other category. The location, number of people, minimum spend, validation time and other benefits will be exclusively those stated in the purchase description and confirmation.
No ticket or reservation grants access to dressing rooms, the stage, the DJ booth, technical areas, production or spaces reserved for artists and staff, unless an additional express accreditation is granted. The Organizer may temporarily restrict movement to protect capacity, operations or safety.
6. Prices, phases, availability and promotions
Before payment, the total price in Mexican pesos, the applicable fees, the category, the quantity and the relevant conditions will be shown. Prices may change by phase or inventory, and a later promotion does not modify or match the price of a confirmed purchase.
Tickets, tables and packages are subject to availability. The Organizer may offer presales, codes, complimentary tickets, upgrades, waiting lists or special benefits with their own rules. Only the benefits described in the final summary and in the confirmation form part of the purchase.
7. Payment and invoicing
Payment will be subject to bank authorization, availability and anti-fraud controls. For purchases with a foreign card, the bank or processor may apply its own exchange rate and fees. The Organizer does not control those external charges.
An invoice will be issued at the Buyer's request through the means and within the period indicated, subject to tax regulations. The Buyer must provide correct tax information and the transaction reference number.
8. Issuance, delivery and safekeeping of the electronic ticket
The ticket will be sent to the email, account or means indicated by the Buyer. Failure to receive it must be reported before the Event. Each code allows a single entry; the first valid scan will block any later use, unless a different arrangement is expressly stated.
The Buyer must safeguard the file, link and code. They must not publish them or share them with unauthorized people. In case of theft, exposure or duplication, the Buyer must report it immediately. When technically possible and appropriate, the compromised code may be voided and a new one issued.
9. Anti-fraud validation
The Organizer and the platform may review unusual transactions, multiple attempts, chargebacks, inconsistent identities, misuse of promotions, automation or irregular bulk purchases. They may request minimal, relevant information through secure channels to confirm identity, ownership or authorization of the payment.
If the transaction proves legitimate, the ticket will be released or reissued. If fraud, falsehood, duplication or an unfounded chargeback is proven, the transaction and the ticket may be canceled. If an actual charge cannot be validated and the service is not provided, the corresponding refund will be processed in accordance with the law.
10. Transfers, resale and unauthorized tickets
Free transfers will only be valid when the category and the platform allow them. Resale at a markup, unauthorized commercial exploitation, the use of bots, counterfeiting and the distribution of duplicate codes are prohibited.
The Organizer does not guarantee tickets purchased outside the authorized channels. It may void tickets that are fake, duplicated, already used or fraudulently acquired, without prejudice to the right of the legitimate holder to present evidence and request a review.
11. Access, schedules, check-in, re-entry and valet
The Attendee must present a valid, legible ticket, go to the corresponding entrance and submit to reasonable security checks. Checkpoints may involve waiting; arriving well in advance is recommended.
Re-entry is not allowed. Once the ticket has been validated and the person leaves the venue, they may not enter again with the same access, unless the Organizer grants an exceptional and express authorization for operational or safety reasons.
Valet parking will be available. Its availability, hours, rate, capacity and conditions will be announced through the official channels or at the venue. The service may be operated by a third party, who will be responsible for the obligations that legally apply to it.
Tables or benefits subject to a cut-off time must be validated within the stated time. After that, only the benefit subject to reservation or availability may be released; the entry ticket will remain valid unless a different, legally valid condition was disclosed before the purchase.
12. Right of admission and of remaining on site
Entry may be refused, or a person removed, if they present an invalid or used ticket; do not meet the minimum age; carry prohibited items; are armed; are evidently intoxicated in a way that poses a risk; refuse a reasonable search; try to enter unauthorized areas; or assault, harass, discriminate against or threaten others, or seriously disturb the peace.
Admission and security measures must be applied in an objective, proportionate and non-discriminatory manner. Removal without a refund will apply when the cause is attributable to the Attendee and there is a material breach, unlawful conduct or a real risk to people, property or operations.
13. Prohibited items and security checks
It is prohibited to enter with weapons, sharp objects, replicas, explosives, fireworks, flammable or toxic substances, drugs or illicit substances, glass containers, outside drinks, drones, laser pointers, throwable objects, unauthorized professional photo, audio or video equipment, and any item that could compromise safety or operations.
Searches will be respectful, proportionate and limited to their security purpose. Medical, disability-related or protected dietary exceptions will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and may require reasonable proof.
14. Conduct, alcohol and substances
Attendees must respect the audience, artists, staff and authorities; keep aisles and exits clear; follow instructions; and refrain from assault, harassment, non-consensual sexual conduct, fights, throwing objects, false alarms, invading stages, unauthorized sales or damage to the facilities.
The sale and consumption of alcohol is limited to people aged 18 and over. Staff may refuse or stop service to visibly intoxicated people. Bringing in unauthorized alcohol and possessing, distributing or consuming illicit substances at the Event are prohibited.
15. Artists, program, schedules and operational adjustments
Schedules, running order, artists, activities, production, entrances and layout may undergo reasonable adjustments for artistic, technical, logistical, weather, health, immigration, regulatory or security reasons, or force majeure. Changes will be announced through official channels whenever reasonably possible.
An adjustment that does not materially alter the announced date, venue, category or essential content does not, by itself, give rise to an automatic right to a refund. This rule will not apply when advertising has made a specific element an essential condition of the purchase, or when the law provides otherwise.
16. Rescheduling, suspension, cancellation and refunds
If the Event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. When the change is material and the new date is not acceptable, the Buyer may request the appropriate remedy within the period announced and in accordance with applicable law.
If the Event is canceled before it starts, the applicable refund, exchange or resolution procedure will be announced. No disproportionate obstacles will be imposed, and mandatory rights will not be made conditional on accepting credit for another event.
Being personally unable to attend, errors attributable to the Buyer, transportation, scheduling conflicts or a change of preference do not, by themselves, give rise to a refund, unless an applicable legal right or a more favorable announced policy applies. This rule does not cover system errors, misleading information, a breach by the Organizer or material changes to the service.
A ticket that is not used will be considered a no-show. If the Attendee arrives on time with a valid ticket and entry is refused for a reason attributable to the Organizer or the platform, they will retain the corresponding rights and remedies.
17. Safety, emergencies and medical care
During the Event, the installed signage, staff instructions and the operating plan authorized by the competent authority will prevail. The venue will have entrances, exits, restrooms, fire extinguishers and a medical care area in accordance with the conditions approved for its operation.
In an emergency, the public must stay calm, avoid running or pushing, follow the marked routes and heed staff, Civil Protection and the authorities. Staff may coordinate first aid, an ambulance or external transfer when necessary.
Amplified music, intense lights, visual effects, crowds and standing for long periods may affect some people. Anyone who needs assistance should go to the medical area or notify staff immediately.
18. Accessibility and equal treatment
The Organizer will apply the accessibility measures and reasonable accommodations required by regulations and the conditions of the venue. Requests may be sent in advance to contact@masam.live to help with coordination, although not giving prior notice does not remove any rights recognized by law.
No one will be refused entry or treated unfavorably on the basis of origin, gender, sexual orientation, identity, disability, religion, social status, appearance or any other protected category.
19. Personal belongings and lost property
Each Attendee is responsible for looking after their belongings. The Organizer is not liable for loss or damage caused solely by the Attendee's carelessness or by unforeseeable acts of third parties, unless there is a breach of a legal duty of security or safekeeping.
If a lost-and-found desk is set up, it will receive items and help recover them during the announced period. This does not make the Organizer the custodian of property that was never handed in to the desk.
20. Photography, image, voice and recordings
The Event may be photographed and recorded for security, documentation, publicity and promotional purposes, in accordance with the privacy notice and applicable law. Incidental capture of the audience in general shots does not authorize uses that are misleading, degrading or unrelated to the stated purposes.
The public may capture content for personal use when the Event policy allows it. Live streaming, professional or semi-professional recording, capturing full sets, commercial exploitation or the use of drones and specialized equipment without prior authorization are prohibited.
21. Intellectual property
The trademarks, designs, photographs, audiovisual works, texts, software and materials of the Event belong to their respective owners. Buying a ticket does not grant a license to reproduce, modify, rebroadcast or commercially exploit them.
22. Personal data and communications
Purchase, contact, payment, validation, access, support and security data will be processed to manage the transaction, issue and validate tickets, prevent fraud, handle requests, comply with obligations and protect people, in accordance with the privacy notice made available before the data is collected.
Essential communications about the purchase, access, safety, changes or cancellation are part of the service. Advertising will be sent in accordance with the applicable consent and preferences, with a mechanism to stop receiving it.
23. Use of the website, accounts and digital security
It is prohibited to interfere with the website, circumvent controls, use bots to hoard tickets, mass-extract data, impersonate others, introduce malicious code or use the system for fraud or abusive resale.
The website or the platform may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, failures, attacks, overload or causes beyond reasonable control. An interruption will not affect purchases already confirmed, unless it is necessary to correct an objective error, protect the Buyer or comply with an order from an authority.
24. Liability
The Organizer will be liable for direct damages attributable to it in accordance with the law. No clause excludes liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, injuries resulting from unsafe conditions attributable to it, essential breach, discrimination or any other case in which limitation is prohibited.
The Attendee will be liable for damage caused willfully or negligently. The platform, the venue, the valet service, artists and suppliers will be liable for their own acts to the extent provided by law, without reducing the obligations owed by the Organizer to the consumer.
25. Complaints, clarifications and support
Requests must be sent to contact@masam.live stating the name, order number, ticket involved, a description and any available evidence. Only the information needed to locate the transaction and verify the requester's standing will be requested.
Failing to reach an agreement does not prevent anyone from going to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor) or the competent authority. Any incident involving access, charges, duplicate charges or unrecognized charges must be reported as soon as possible so it can be addressed.
26. Amendments, entire agreement and validity
The Organizer may update these Terms due to operational, technological or legal changes. Amendments will be published with their update date and will not retroactively affect acquired rights, unless required by mandatory law or the change favors the user.
If any provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, the specific purchase information and the ticket make up the applicable agreement, together with mandatory rules.
27. Governing law
These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with Mexican law, including the rules on consumer protection, electronic contracting, personal data, civil protection and public entertainment, and the provisions applicable where the Event takes place.
Consumers retain the right to go to PROFECO and to the competent courts or authorities in accordance with applicable law. No choice of forum will be understood as a waiver of a non-waivable protective jurisdiction.
