Terms and Conditions of the “3 Interest-Free Months + 2x1 Cinépolis Tickets” Promotion

Validity period: October 21 to 28, 2026

1. Purpose and nature of this document
These Terms and Conditions (the “Promotion Terms”) govern the “3 Interest-Free Months + 2x1 Cinépolis Tickets” promotion (the “Promotion”), organized, administered and carried out exclusively by Lostnights, S.A. de C.V. in its capacity as organizer of FUTUR Festival México (the “Organizer”). Cinépolis participates solely as the provider of the 2x1 benefit, and its liability is limited to the redemption of promotional vouchers validly issued and delivered to participants, as described in section 5.

These Promotion Terms constitute an annex to the General Terms and Conditions of FUTUR Festival México, available at https://www.futurfestival.mx/t-c (the “General Terms”), in particular to the provisions of clause 21 (Promotions, codes and special benefits). In the event of conflict or gaps, the General Terms shall prevail; the provisions herein apply additionally and specifically to this Promotion.

2. Validity period and scope

  • The Promotion will be valid from October 21 to 28, 2026 (8 calendar days) and/or until the 1,500 promotional 2x1 vouchers have been delivered, whichever occurs first.

  • Applies to any purchase of FUTUR Festival México 2026 tickets, regardless of the type or tier of ticket purchased, made through the official sales channels set out in clause 1 of the General Terms during the stated validity period.

3. Benefit 1: 3 Interest-Free Months
During the validity period of the Promotion, the option to pay in 3 interest-free monthly instalments (MSI) with credit cards will be enabled for all customers who make their purchase through the official sales channels.

  • The MSI option will be shown as an available payment method at checkout; no request or additional code is required from the customer.

  • The MSI benefit is available only for Mexican (local/domestic) credit cards, with the option to pay in up to 3 interest-free months. International cards and debit cards are not eligible for interest-free instalment payments.

  • Verification of card eligibility for interest-free instalment payments in Mexico is carried out through a service provided by DLocal.

  • Interest-free instalment financing is granted directly by the Organizer's payment gateway and ticketing platform, and not by the banks that issued the credit cards used. The Organizer does not guarantee approval of MSI payment in every case, as such approval depends on the authorization policies and anti-fraud controls of the payment gateway and the ticketing platform.

  • Cinépolis does not participate as a financial institution and has no banking or operational relationship whatsoever with the interest-free instalments benefit; its role is limited to what is described in section 5.

  • The MSI benefit is subject, where applicable, to the provisions of clause 6 (Prices, charges and method of payment) of the General Terms.

4. Benefit 2: 2x1 Cinépolis Tickets
Every customer who purchases FUTUR Festival México tickets during the validity period of the Promotion will additionally receive a 2x1 voucher for Cinépolis movie tickets, linked to that purchase.

4.1 Delivery mechanics

  • The voucher will be sent to the email address registered by the customer at the time of purchase, no later than 72 hours after the purchase is confirmed.

  • Cinépolis will provide the Organizer with the list of 2x1 vouchers available for the Promotion; based on that list, the Organizer shall be responsible for assigning and sending them to the participants who meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions. Cinépolis shall not be responsible for the distribution, sending, resending, replacement or delivery of such vouchers, nor for any incident related to their receipt by participants.

  • Cinépolis's participation is limited exclusively to accepting and redeeming promotional vouchers validly issued and delivered by the Organizer, in accordance with the conditions, restrictions and validity period applicable to the Cinépolis 2x1 benefit.

  • The voucher may not be exchanged for cash or for any other benefit.

4.2 Voucher redemption conditions (subject to the Cinépolis Terms and Conditions)
Use of the voucher is governed by Cinépolis's own terms and conditions, which are unrelated to the Organizer. Any clarification regarding its redemption shall be addressed directly to Cinépolis, by phone at 55 2122 6060. As of the date of this document, those conditions are as follows:

  • The voucher is valid for a 2x1 cinema admission, on the highest general adult price in effect that week for the corresponding participating format.

  • Valid only in the following formats and/or auditoriums in the Mexican Republic: Cinépolis traditional auditoriums, Cinépolis Pluus, Cinépolis VIP, Macro XE and Cinépolis Junior. Applies to individual seats only.

  • Valid for 2D and 3D screenings.

  • Not valid for DUO seats in Macro XE auditoriums, family, double or medium beanbag seats, loungers or boxes at Cinépolis Junior, or any other differentiated seating. Does not apply to 4DX, ScreenX, 4DX ScreenX, VIP ScreenX, or any other format or auditorium not specified.

  • The voucher is valid from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027, and may be redeemed Monday through Sunday.

  • Not combinable or transferable.

  • Subject to seat availability, showtime and film rating.

  • Does not apply in combination with other promotions, premieres, presales, festivals, special screenings, “+Que Cine Cinépolis” programming (alternative content), or screenings determined by Cinépolis.

  • To purchase tickets online: go to Cinépolis.com, select the “Folios” section, enter the code provided and continue with the purchase process. For purchases made through electronic means, the electronic service charge must be paid.

  • Once the voucher has expired, any unused benefit may not be redeemed or refunded.

5. Role of Cinépolis
Cinépolis participates in the Promotion solely as the provider of the 2x1 benefit. For the avoidance of doubt:

  • Cinépolis has no banking, financial or operational relationship with the interest-free instalments benefit described in section 3; that benefit is entirely unrelated to Cinépolis.

  • Cinépolis's sole obligation with respect to this Promotion is limited exclusively to accepting and redeeming promotional vouchers validly issued and delivered by the Organizer, in accordance with the conditions, restrictions and validity period applicable to the Cinépolis 2x1 benefit.

  • The Organizer is solely responsible for the sale of FUTUR Festival México tickets and for the proper operation of the automated sending of vouchers; Cinépolis does not participate in that sending process.

  • Cinépolis does not participate in the planning, communication, administration, operation, purchase validation, allocation of benefits, delivery of promotional vouchers, handling of claims related to the promotion or any activity other than the redemption of promotional vouchers validly presented by participants in accordance with these terms and conditions. Accordingly, any question, clarification request, complaint or claim related to the promotion, the purchase of tickets for the event, the granting of benefits or the delivery of promotional vouchers shall be handled exclusively by the Organizer.

  • Cinépolis shall not be liable for any claim, clarification request, complaint or dispute related to: (i) the organization, administration or operation of the promotion; (ii) the purchase of tickets for the event; (iii) the eligibility of participants; (iv) the non-delivery or late delivery of promotional codes; (v) errors in the information provided by participants; or (vi) any other aspect of the promotion that does not directly concern the process of redeeming the promotional voucher through the channels enabled by Cinépolis.

  • Any inquiry, clarification request or claim related to the promotion or to the delivery of promotional vouchers shall be addressed exclusively to the Organizer through the contact channels it has made available to participants.

6. Non-combinability and general conditions of use

  • The benefits of this Promotion may not be combined with other current codes, discounts or promotions, unless expressly stated otherwise on the official channels.

  • The Promotion is subject to the anti-fraud, cancellation and irregular-use policies set out in clauses 9 and 10 of the General Terms. The Organizer may cancel the benefits granted if it detects fraudulent or irregular purchases or purchases made using bots.

  • The benefits of this Promotion are personal and non-transferable, and are tied to the purchase that gave rise to them.

7. Liability

  • The Organizer shall be responsible only for the redemption of the 2x1 vouchers within the period set out in section 4, provided that the corresponding purchase was successfully completed within the validity period of the Promotion.

  • The Organizer shall not be liable for: (i) the non-approval of interest-free instalment payment by the payment gateway or the ticketing platform; (ii) the conditions, restrictions or availability for redeeming the 2x1 voucher at Cinépolis; or (iii) delays in sending the voucher attributable to email providers or to incorrect contact details provided by the customer.

  • The foregoing is without prejudice to the general limitations and exclusions of liability set out in clauses 15, 16, 17 and 26 of the General Terms.

8. Personal data protection
The email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used to send the 2x1 voucher, in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Notice.

9. Amendment and cancellation of the Promotion
The Organizer may amend or terminate the Promotion early due to force majeure, act of God or detected misuse, without affecting the benefits already granted to purchases completed before such amendment or cancellation, under the terms of clause 29 of the General Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Promotion is governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States, in particular articles 1, 7, 32, 42 and 43 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, concerning truthfulness in advertising and the conditions that offers and promotions must meet. For any dispute, clause 30 of the General Terms (governing law, jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, and the competence of PROFECO) applies, together with the non-waivable rights that consumer protection law grants to customers.
