Can I re-enter the festival?
No. Once you leave the festival you will not be able to re-enter. We recommend planning your time inside the event so you can enjoy the full experience without needing to leave.
Is there a minimum age to enter the festival?
Yes, entry is strictly 18+.
How will I receive my ticket?
Your ticket is digital: it's your Ingresse purchase confirmation, with a QR code that is scanned at the festival entrance.
Are there refunds or exchanges?
No. All purchases are final: cancellations, returns and changes of date, zone or ticket holder are not accepted, except in the cases set out in our terms and conditions.
Is resale allowed?
Only if you can't attend the festival, and only through Ingresse's official channels. See the resale policy in our terms and conditions.
