GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO
Last Updated April 2026
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANISER AND OFFICIAL SALES CHANNEL
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO”, “Organizer”, “we”, “our” or “the Company” refer to Lostnights, S.A. de C.V., with address at Pensylvania #143, interior 13, Colonia Nápoles, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03810, Mexico City, RFC tax ID LOS2107062T7, contact email laura@lostnights.mx and customer service telephone +57 316 7040989.
The terms “user”, “customer”, “buyer”, “attendee” or “cardholder” refer to the person who accesses the website, makes a purchase or intends to use any ticket, admission or service related to the Event.
The official sales channel shall be exclusively the website (www.futurfestivalmexico.com) and/or the subdomain or ticketing platform expressly designated by the Organizer on that site. Any reference to authorized distributors, points of sale or commercial partners must be expressly stated on the official site.
2. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions govern: (i) access to, navigation of and use of the official website; (ii) the purchase and use of electronic tickets; (iii) the conditions of admission to and remaining at the event; (iv) the rights and obligations of the user and the Organizer; and (v) the cases of changes, cancellations, anti-fraud validations, restrictions and limitations of liability applicable to the festival known as FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO.
3. LEGAL CAPACITY AND LEGAL AGE
Tickets for the Event may only be purchased by persons with sufficient legal capacity to contract under Mexican law.
The user declares, under oath, that: a) they are at least 18 years old at the time of purchase and/or at the time of attending the Event, or else act validly through the person holding parental authority or guardianship where the relevant format allows it; b) the information provided is truthful, complete and up to date; c) they will use the site and the services solely for legitimate purposes; and d) they will not use false identities, other people's payment methods without authorization, automated tools, bots or speculative purchasing practices.
Where the Event, by its nature, internal policies, operational guidelines, security or applicable licences, is determined to be an event exclusively for persons over 18, admission shall be strictly limited to adults holding valid official identification.
4. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLETION OF THE TRANSACTION
The purchase of tickets, admissions, products or services through the official FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO website shall only be considered valid, accepted, binding and legally completed once the user has fully, cumulatively, successively and in the corresponding order completed all the stages of the electronic contracting process implemented by the Organizer, namely:
a) Selection of the corresponding tickets, admissions, products or services;
b) Review and express confirmation of the purchase order in the final summary of the transaction;
c) Express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as of the applicable Privacy Notice;
d) Authorization, validation and successful processing of the payment through the enabled means; and
e) Issuance and delivery, by the Organizer's system or by the authorized ticketing platform, of the corresponding receipt, confirmation, reference number, locator and/or electronic ticket.
Consequently, no isolated act, preliminary action or partial completion of any of the stages described above shall be sufficient for the transaction to be deemed completed, nor shall it oblige the Organizer to recognize any right in favor of the user unless there is sufficient digital evidence that the procedure was concluded in full.
By way of example and without limitation, the mere temporary holding of tickets in a cart, the generation of internal references, the receipt of preliminary automated messages, charges in process, bank pre-authorizations or any preliminary system validation shall not, in themselves, constitute definitive acceptance or completion of the transaction.
For all applicable legal purposes, the parties acknowledge that electronic records, data messages, system logs, confirmation acknowledgements, reference numbers, timestamps, confirmation emails and other digital evidence generated during the purchase process shall constitute suitable means of proof as to the existence, content, scope and completion of the transaction, in accordance with applicable law.
5. EVENT INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER
The Organizer shall make available to the user, visibly on the website, the relevant commercial information for the Event, including where applicable: name of the Event; venue; dates; ticket types or zones; total price payable and applicable breakdown; service charges, commissions, taxes and/or additional costs, where applicable; admission restrictions; policies on changes, cancellations and refunds; customer service mechanisms; and contact details.
The user acknowledges that images, renders, maps, layouts, zone distribution, experiences, amenities, activations, schedules, artists, sponsors and other promotional elements may undergo reasonable adjustments for operational, technical, logistical, security, regulatory, weather-related, health-related, artistic or commercial reasons.
6. PRICES, CHARGES AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
All prices shall be expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN), unless another currency is expressly indicated for international purchases. Before confirming payment, the user must be able to see the total amount payable, including service charges, commissions, taxes and other applicable items.
The purchase shall be subject to: a) approval by the issuing institution and/or payment gateway; b) anti-fraud validation; c) ticket availability at the time of processing; and d) identity verification where reasonably necessary.
The Organizer may reject, cancel, suspend or subject to additional validation any transaction showing signs of fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, identity inconsistencies, duplication, speculation, use of bots, irregular bulk purchasing or any operational or legal risk.
7. PRESALE, SALES PHASES AND AVAILABILITY
The Organizer may enable different sales stages, including presale, general sale, benefit-based phases, waiting lists, access codes, temporary promotions and special packages.
Each phase may have different availability, prices, benefits and rules. The existence of a later phase, a different price or a future promotion shall not give rise to any right to adjustment, compensation, refund or price matching in respect of purchases already made.
Tickets are subject to availability. Adding a ticket to the shopping cart does not guarantee it is reserved until the transaction is actually confirmed.
8. ELECTRONIC TICKET AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The confirmation sent by email, user account, wallet, application, digital reference number or QR code shall constitute the electronic ticket or e-ticket.
To enter the Event, the user must present, where required: a) a legible and valid electronic ticket; b) valid official identification; c) the card or proof of the payment method, where there is anti-fraud validation or an exceptional check; and/or d) any additional authentication element reasonably requested by the Organizer.
The Organizer may refuse admission where: i) the ticket has been altered, duplicated, resold in breach of these Terms and Conditions or acquired through unauthorized means; ii) there is a relevant discrepancy in the validation data; iii) the QR code has already been used; iv) the user refuses a reasonable identity or security check; or v) the ticket has been cancelled due to fraud, chargeback, breach or order of an authority.
9. ANTI-RESALE AND TRANSFER POLICY
Unless the Organizer expressly enables an official transfer or authorized resale tool on the website, resale for speculative or commercial purposes is prohibited, as is the unauthorized commercialization of tickets by third parties.
The Organizer may cancel tickets with no obligation to compensate where it detects: a) purchase for unauthorized resale; b) use of bots or automated tools; c) irregular bulk purchasing; d) alteration of prices, promotions or codes; e) misleading or fraudulent listing of admissions; or f) any conduct affecting the integrity of the sales system or the security of the Event.
Where the Organizer enables an official transfer mechanism, this shall be the only recognized means of changing ownership, and it shall be subject to availability, deadlines, fees and validations.
10. POLICY ON CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
10.1 General rule. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, or unless the Organizer expressly communicates a different policy for a given ticket category, all purchases are final. Accordingly, no cancellations, returns, date changes, zone changes, changes of holder or refunds are accepted at the user's unilateral decision, including for personal reasons, unverified illness, transport problems, purchase errors attributable to the user, inability to attend, scheduling clashes, non-extreme weather, a change of preference or dissatisfaction with the line up, atmosphere, concept or overall experience of the Event.
10.2 Cases in which a remedy may be available to the user. In the event of definitive cancellation of the Event for reasons attributable to the Organizer, non-holding of the Event, or definitive legal or material impossibility of providing the contracted service on the essential terms offered, the Organizer shall inform the user of the applicable mechanism, which may consist, as appropriate and in accordance with the law, of: i) rescheduling and automatic recognition of the ticket for the new date; ii) granting of a credit balance or credit for another edition or event of the same group; or iii) refund of the nominal price paid for the ticket, excluding, where legally applicable, non-recoverable third-party charges, financing costs, bank commissions or items outside the Organizer's control.
10.3 Rescheduling. If the Event is rescheduled for operational, weather-related, health-related, security, regulatory, act of God or force majeure reasons, tickets shall remain valid for the new date. The Organizer may, if it so decides, open an extraordinary and limited window for requests, solely under the rules expressly published.
10.4 Non-essential partial changes. As a general rule, the following do not constitute cancellation of the service nor give rise to an automatic right to a refund: a) schedule changes; b) changes to the running order; c) replacement, cancellation or absence of one or more artists, DJs, hosts, performers or guests; d) adjustments to production, layout, entrances, zones, amenities or activations; e) reasonable changes of venue within the same city or metropolitan area, where the nature of the Event is not essentially altered; and f) restrictions arising from provisions of authorities, civil protection or security.
11. ARTISTS, SCHEDULES AND PROGRAMMING SUBJECT TO CHANGE
The line up of artists, DJs, schedules, stages, audiovisual experience, sponsors, facilities and general programming of the Event are subject to change without prior notice for artistic, technical, logistical, health, immigration, regulatory, operational or force majeure reasons.
Advertising for the Event is for informational and promotional purposes. The participation of particular artists does not in itself constitute an autonomous obligation separable from the overall service offered, unless a specific and binding guarantee to the contrary is expressly advertised.
12. RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND OF REMAINING ON SITE
The Organizer and security staff reserve the right of admission and of allowing people to remain on site, on reasonable, objective and non-discriminatory terms, where the user: a) is evidently intoxicated in a way that compromises their safety or that of others; b) engages in violent, aggressive, discriminatory, harassing or dangerous conduct; c) fails to comply with safety or civil protection measures or with instructions from authorized staff; d) carries prohibited items; e) attempts to enter unauthorized areas; f) disturbs public order or the experience of other attendees; or g) breaches these Terms and Conditions.
In such cases, the Organizer may refuse admission or remove the attendee from the venue, with no obligation to refund, compensate or indemnify.
13. SECURITY CHECKS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
As a condition of admission, the user agrees to undergo security checks of their person, clothing, bags and belongings, on reasonable terms and in accordance with the protocols of the venue, the authorities and private security staff.
The following, among others, may not be brought in: weapons and sharp objects; illegal or non-permitted psychotropic substances; glass containers, cans and outside drinks; drones; unauthorized professional audio, video or photography equipment; recording devices for commercial purposes; lasers, fireworks, aerosols, heavy chains or dangerous items; and objects that may affect the safety, operation or experience of the Event.
This list may be extended in accordance with venue policies, provisions of the authorities or reasonable security criteria of the Organizer.
14. CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCES
The sale and supply of alcoholic drinks shall be limited to adults who present valid official identification when requested.
The Organizer may refuse sale, service or access to consumption areas to anyone who cannot prove they are of legal age or who is in a dangerous state of intoxication.
Bringing in, possessing, distributing or consuming illegal substances within the Event is prohibited. Any breach may lead to immediate expulsion and referral to the competent authority.
15. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The user acknowledges that attending a mass festival involves inherent risks, including crowds, loud noise, strobe lighting, heat, fatigue, pushing, falls, interaction with third parties, weather effects, internal traffic, medical events and other circumstances typical of mass events.
The user attends at their own risk and undertakes to act prudently, follow staff instructions and not engage in dangerous conduct.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as releasing the Organizer from liabilities that cannot be excluded under the law; however, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer's liability shall be limited to direct damages actually proven and arising from attributable breach, excluding indirect, incidental or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or consequential damages.
16. EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE
In the event of a medical emergency, the user authorizes Event staff to refer them to internal medical services, ambulances, hospitals or support providers. External medical, hospital, pharmaceutical or transport costs not expressly covered by the Organizer shall be borne by the user.
17. PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LOST PROPERTY
The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings. The Organizer shall not be liable for theft, loss, damage or disappearance of personal items, unless wilful misconduct or gross negligence is duly proven in accordance with the law.
The possible provision of lost property desks does not imply any duty of custody.
18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights over the name FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO, its trademarks, logos, graphic design, content, videos, photographs, renders, visual concepts, signage, promotional materials, software, databases, interfaces and other distinctive elements belong to the Organizer or its licensees and are protected by applicable law.
Reproducing, distributing, exploiting, commercializing, modifying or using such elements without the prior written authorization of the Organizer is prohibited.
19. IMAGE, VOICE AND CONTENT CAPTURED DURING THE EVENT
By attending the Event, the user acknowledges that they may be photographed, filmed, interviewed or incidentally captured by the Organizer, its affiliates, sponsors, authorized media and content producers.
The user grants, free of charge, non-exclusively, worldwide and for the maximum term permitted by law, authorization for their image, voice and likeness to be recorded, reproduced, publicly communicated, edited and used for documentary, informational, promotional, advertising, editorial and commercial purposes relating to the Event, the venue, the Organizer and its related brands, in any medium now known or hereafter devised, without the need for additional authorization or any payment.
20. RECORDING AND BROADCASTING RESTRICTIONS
Live streaming, professional or semi-professional recording, audio capture of full sets, commercial exploitation of Event content and the use of drones or specialized equipment without the prior written authorization of the Organizer are prohibited.
The Organizer may temporarily confiscate equipment, remove people, request the deletion of content or refuse admission to anyone breaching this provision, without prejudice to the corresponding legal actions.
21. PROMOTIONS, CODES AND SPECIAL BENEFITS
Any promotion, presale, code, complimentary ticket, upgrade, priority access, VIP package, cashback, interest-free instalments or special benefit shall be subject to a validity period, availability, specific rules, validation and possible cancellation for improper use. Promotional benefits cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
22. INVOICING
Invoices shall be issued at the user's request, and the user must provide the correct tax information within the period and by the means indicated by the Organizer on the website or on the proof of purchase. Once the CFDI has been issued, any correction shall be subject to applicable tax regulations and to the corresponding administrative feasibility.
23. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of the user's personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Notice and applicable Mexican legislation on the protection of personal data. The user acknowledges that their data may be processed for the purposes of authentication, sales, collections, fraud prevention, customer service, access control, regulatory compliance, marketing subject to consent, analytics and security.
24. COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS
The user agrees that notifications relating to their purchase, including confirmations, validations, changes, operational alerts, reminders, Event updates and customer service communications, may be sent by email, SMS, messaging, push notifications or any contact method provided. Promotional communications shall be subject to the applicable legal framework and to the user's consent preferences.
25. ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS AND DIGITAL SECURITY
If the site enables user accounts, each user shall be responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials, for the use of their account and for all activity carried out from it. The Organizer may suspend accounts, orders or access where it detects anomalous use, intrusion attempts, improper automation, scraping, manipulation of the system or security risks.
26. SUSPENSION OF THE SITE AND FORCE MAJEURE
The Organizer may suspend the website, the sales system or certain functions in whole or in part for maintenance, updates, technical failures, cyber incidents, instructions from authorities, saturation, act of God, force majeure or any reasonable circumstance beyond its control.
The Organizer shall not be liable for temporary interruptions of availability, errors arising from technology third parties or failures in internet, power, telecommunications, banking, payment gateway or external platform services.
27. COMPLAINTS AND CLARIFICATIONS
Any question, clarification or complaint relating to the purchase must be reported through the support email laura@lostnights.mx within a reasonable period, enclosing the reference number, the buyer's name and the corresponding evidence.
The user undertakes to report any incident regarding admission, charges, duplication, unrecognized charges or technical problems as soon as they become aware of it, so that it can be dealt with promptly.
28. PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which shall remain in full force.
29. AMENDMENTS
The Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall take effect from their publication on the official website, without prejudice to respecting the essential conditions applicable to purchases already completed, unless the change arises from a legal mandate, security, public order or a requirement of an authority.
30. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Mexican States.
For the interpretation and performance of these Terms and Conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles, without prejudice to the consumer's non-waivable rights and to the competence legally corresponding to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
A) FRAUD PREVENTION.
In order to prevent and avoid fraud against customers, FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO, its official website and/or the authorized ticketing platform, as well as the Event, reserve the right to request, check, photocopy, photograph, scan or record any of the validation documents reasonably necessary to authenticate the transaction, including official identification, proof of payment, the card used for the purchase or any other verification element related to the electronic contracting process.
Once payment has been processed and the corresponding validation completed, credit or debit card information shall not be stored directly by FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO, except in the cases expressly permitted by applicable law, for the strictly necessary period and under the corresponding security, confidentiality and safekeeping measures.
For more information, please see our Privacy Notice.
B) CHECK-IN PROCESS AND TIMING.
The "user / customer / cardholder / guest” is informed that the time taken to validate tickets, admissions or bookings may vary depending on attendance levels, security checks, venue operations, civil protection protocols and the nature of the Event, so entry may take longer than initially estimated.
The check-in time, entry time, doors opening time, gate closing time and any other applicable operational schedule shall be indicated on each product and/or service offered on the official FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO website.
The customer must arrive at the Event facilities sufficiently in advance, taking into account the general opening, validation and closing times published on the official site for each relevant date, including, where applicable, general entry, priority entry, VIP access, access to special experiences or gate closing times.
Any extraordinary opening, admission, check-in or validation schedule shall be expressly indicated on the product published on the official FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO site at the time of selecting the specific event.
"Users / customers / cardholders / guests" who have purchased tickets, packages, consumption credit, tables, VIP experiences or any other additional service through the official FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO website must present themselves at the corresponding entrance and within the time indicated for validation on the day of the Event; once the maximum check-in or validation time published on the site has passed, the availability of the contracted benefit may be subject to operational needs, release or reassignment, without this giving rise to any right to refund, compensation or indemnity, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
The exact location of tables, reserved zones, VIP areas, special experiences or contracted benefits may be subject to reasonable changes for operational, security, logistical, production or venue layout reasons.
C) CUSTOMER LIMITATIONS ON THE USE OF THE ELECTRONIC TICKET.
The "user / customer / cardholder / guest" declares and warrants that tickets purchased through the official FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO website are for personal and legitimate use, and that their resale, commercialization, speculative assignment or any other form of unauthorized exploitation of the ticket or tickets is not permitted.
Any problem arising from the resale, unauthorized commercialization, irregular transfer or misuse of any ticket shall be sufficient grounds to cancel that ticket, refuse admission or remove its holder or bearer from the Event, with no obligation of refund, compensation or indemnity of any kind on the part of FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO.
Any alteration, modification, forgery, improper reproduction or tampering with the electronic ticket shall be considered fraudulent conduct, and any person presenting an altered or irregular ticket may be reported to the competent authorities.
FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO shall not be liable for tickets that are lost, stolen, duplicated, destroyed, altered, resold outside authorized channels or improperly used, and reserves the right to take the corresponding legal action in the event of misuse of tickets or harm to its sales systems.
D) NO-SHOW POLICY.
Tickets shall only be valid for the date, time and Event for which they were issued and must be claimed, presented and validated in good time by the "user / customer / cardholder / guest", in accordance with the operational guidelines published by FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO.
Where the "cardholder / customer" does not present themselves in good time to claim, validate or use the contracted services within the applicable times and conditions, their admission shall automatically be treated as a "no-show" and, consequently, FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO shall not be obliged to make any refund in respect of the contracted services, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
E) CHANGES TO THE EVENT CALENDAR.
For reasons beyond the control of FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO, the venue, third-party suppliers, artists or authorities, or arising from security, logistics, production, weather, act of God or force majeure, the Event calendar may on occasion require adjustments, modifications, rescheduling or changes of time.
In such cases, the "user / customer / cardholder / guest" shall be notified via the registered email address, the official website and/or the official communication channels.
If the Event is rescheduled, the ticket sold shall remain valid for the new date determined, subject in all cases to the specific policies published in due course by FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO.
F) CANCELLATIONS BY FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO OR THE EVENT.
At any time, FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO and/or the Event reserve the right, at their sole and reasonable discretion, to cancel any purchase, booking or electronic ticket in the event of fraud, chargeback, signs of an irregular transaction, misuse of the system, breach of these Terms and Conditions, obvious error in the sales process, order of an authority or any other justified cause.
In such cases, where legally applicable, the amount paid by the Customer may be refunded in accordance with the applicable policies, excluding, where relevant, bank charges, non-recoverable third-party commissions or items outside the control of FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO, with no additional liability for the latter or for the Event.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS
A) ACCEPTANCE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.
By taking part in a conversation through any of the official communication, customer service or promotional channels of FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO, the user accepts that the information provided through those means is informational and for reference only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users are advised to check final prices, availability, restrictions, dates, schedules, zones and applicable conditions directly on the official website, as these may be modified, updated or cancelled without prior notice, except in respect of transactions already completed.
B) ONLINE PAYMENT.
To pay for the selected services, the "user / customer / cardholder / guest" will connect to the payment gateway, processor, aggregator or technology platform enabled to complete the purchase process.
Neither FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO nor the Event shall have direct access to customers' complete financial information, except in those cases where, due to manual validations, anti-fraud checks or special bookings, certain information must be shared in a controlled and secure manner; in that case, FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO shall ensure the appropriate processing of the data in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Notice.
For more information, please see our Privacy Notice.
Each payment is made over a secure connection; for more information, see the website and/or the terms of the relevant payment platform.
Both purchases, bookings or payments made through the official FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO website and those made via personalized payment links, authorized gateways or enabled official mechanisms shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
C) PAYMENT METHODS.
The payment methods accepted by FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO shall be those enabled at the time of purchase on the official website and/or on the authorized ticketing platform, and may include credit cards, debit cards and other authorized electronic means.
At the time of purchase or booking, the total amount of the transaction shall be charged, including, where applicable, the ticket price, service charges, bank commissions, taxes and any other applicable item notified to the user before confirming their purchase.
If the customer cannot reasonably prove that they are the holder of the booking or of the electronic ticket, or if staff of FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO, of the authorized ticketing platform or of the Event consider that the official identification, payment card, receipts or documents produced show alterations, tampering or relevant inconsistencies, admission may be refused and no partial or total refund of the amount previously charged shall be made, without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.
D) CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATE.
Charges made through the banking platform or payment gateway authorized by FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO shall be made in Mexican Pesos or in the currency expressly notified to the user at the time of the transaction.
For purchases made from abroad, charges may be reflected in the currency of the country in which the card was issued or in accordance with the conversion policies of the issuing bank or the relevant payment processor. FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO does not determine the final amount that the cardholder's financial institution will charge to their card, as that amount will depend on the exchange rate, commissions and fees set by that institution.
Any refunds due from FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO shall be made in the currency and manner corresponding to the original transaction and to the applicable policies, so the amount reflected in the cardholder's account may vary due to exchange rates, commissions or fees set by their financial institution.
E) INVOICING.
If a tax invoice is required, it must be requested through the email address facturacion@futurfestivalmexico.com or by the means indicated in due course by FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO, providing the corresponding tax information and the confirmation number, reference number or purchase locator.
For tax and administrative reasons, invoices shall be issued only within the legal period and/or within the month in which the purchase is made, unless applicable law provides otherwise. In the case of deposits, transfers or special payments, invoices must be requested within the period indicated on the official channels.
Invoiced services, tickets or bookings shall not be eligible for refunds or changes of date or event, except in the cases expressly provided for by law or in the applicable policies of FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO.
F) INCLUSIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
The inclusions and exclusions of each ticket, booking, admission, package, table, VIP experience or any other product or service offered by FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO will vary according to the format contracted and will be specified at the time of purchase or booking.
Please review carefully the product or service offered on the official FUTUR FESTIVAL MÉXICO website to confirm the details included in or excluded from each option.
