Can I leave and re-enter the event?
No. Once you leave the festival you will not be able to re-enter. We recommend planning your time inside the event so you can enjoy the full experience without needing to leave.
Will there be an area for people with disabilities?
Hi! Yes, we will have areas adapted for people with disabilities — we are working on it 💛 We will update the map so you can find those zones.
How does the Sunset ticket work?
The Sunset ticket is a cheaper option that only applies if you arrive before 5 PM. After 5 PM there is a $1,000 penalty if you bought this type of access.
Will there be parking?
Yes, you can use the public parking lots at Parque Fundidora.
Is there official transport?
No, there is no official festival transport at the moment.
Are there official festival tours?
No, Futur Festival Mexico has no official tour or travel agency.
Can I resell my ticket?
Yes, but only if you cannot attend the festival, and only through Ingresse's official channels. For more information, see our resale policy (9) in our terms and conditions.
