AAAA is the alias of Mexico City producer Gabo Barranco, whose intense and exploratory approach to electronic music moves across techno, acid, ambient and IDM. His performances have taken him to stages including Berghain Berlin, MUTEK Mexico, Boiler Room Mexico, iii POINTS Festival Miami, RBMA Montreal and Texture Detroit, sharing lineups with artists such as Jeff Mills, Aurora Halal, Objekt and Caterina Barbieri.
His music has been released on labels including Omnidisc, Acid Test, Janushoved and Acid Avengers. Working with modular and analog hardware, AAAA builds detailed, immersive soundscapes that balance raw intensity with atmospheric elements. Whether performing live or DJing, his sets are defined by precise sound design and an instinctive ability to adapt to the dancefloor.
